Review Process

IJRMCE adopts a double-blind review system to assess the originality, quality and academic value of the article submitted for publication. The anonymity of reviewers and authors is maintained during the reviewing procedure.

Steps in the Review Process

1. Manuscript Submission

Manuscripts are submitted to the journal following the guidelines. The manuscript must be original, well organized and fit the scope of IJRMCE.

2. Initial Editorial Screening

The editorial team checks the manuscript for:

  • Relevance to the journal's scope
  • Originality and basic quality
  • Proper formatting and presentation
  • Compliance with submission requirements
  • Possible plagiarism or ethical concerns

If the manuscript does not meet the basic requirements, it can be returned to the authors or rejected at this point.

3. Reviewer Selection

Appropriate reviewers with pertinent skills are chosen to review the manuscript. The journal publishes articles based on double-blind review, which means that the author(s) and reviewers' names are kept confidential.

4. Peer Review

Reviewers evaluate the manuscript with the following aspects:

  • Originality and contribution
  • Research methodology
  • Technical quality
  • Accuracy and clarity of results
  • Quality of discussion and conclusions
  • Relevance to the field

Reviewers may recommend acceptance, revision, or rejection based on their evaluation.

5. Revision

Authors are provided an opportunity to respond to reviewers' comments and make any needed revisions if these are needed. Revised manuscripts may be returned to reviewers for further review if necessary.

6. Final Decision

The editor decides whether or not a manuscript will be published based on the recommendations of the reviewers and the manuscript's quality.

Possible decisions include:

  • Accept
  • Minor Revision
  • Major Revision
  • Reject

7. Publication

After acceptance of a manuscript and passing through the necessary publication process, the manuscript is ready to be published in the journal. The last article is finally accessible to readers via the open access website of the journal.

The aim of IJRMCE is to ensure that the published research adheres to the appropriate academic and ethical standards, is reviewed fairly, transparently and consistently.
